iHEA announces the winner of 15th Annual Kenneth J. Arrow Award

iHEA is proud to announce the winner of the 15th annual Kenneth J. Arrow Award for best paper in health economics published in 2006:

Kevin M. Murphy and Robert H. Topel, (2006) “The Value of Health and Longevity,” Journal of Political Economy 114(5): 871-904.

The paper emerged from a very competitive field evaluated by the Arrow Award Committee, and joins a distinguished group of previous Arrow Award winners. The award will be presented at the World Congress in Copenhagen.

This is a reminder that April 30 is the deadline for refunds (less $100 administrative charge) for presenters (both poster and oral). After April 30, there can be no refunds for those on the conference program, only substitutions. The deadline for other Congress attendees is June 15.
