COMMUNITY NEWS

Request for interest: Organizational session 8th World iHEA Congress on Health Economics

I am looking for collegues interested in organising a session on the topic of economic evaluation of e-health/e-medication initiatives for the 8th world congress on health economics next year. Our group has done a pilot study with reimbursment data and we want to expand this study from a raw description and first proof of concept to a investigation with more clinical details but also with an economic evaluation. To create a session the following topics would fit in

  • Outcome research with reimbursement data - methodology
  • Cost of adverse events in health care systems
  • Cost benefit analysis of existing e-health applications
